Conversion Optimization Specialist- Virtual Volunteer

We are seeking a talented conversion optimization specialist to create, manage, test, analyze, and improve the marketing funnel. Your role will be responsible for increasing the rate at which site traffic converts to leads and leads to donors.

• Develop funnels using new and existing assets
• Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
• A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets.
• Collaborate with channel-specific markers (blogging, email, social media, etc.) in order to optimize each conversion path.
• Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths and rates overall and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
• Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing.
• Google analytics certificate
• 1 year working experience with Google analytics
• Minimum of 5 volunteer hours per week
• PMs Minimum volunteer hours 10 hours per week for at least 6 months
• Must be responsive to all messages within 24 hours
• Excellent time management & communication skills in English
• Highly collaborative style; experience working in a virtual environment highly preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite Apps such as Drive, Sheets, etc. and familiarity with Trello & Slack
• Enjoys creating & implementing initiatives
• Detail-oriented, organized, consistently communicates, and deadline-driven
• Motivated self starter and entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or knowledge working in a Non-profit or social issues preferred.
