The Marketing Analytics Specialist ensures our marketing department makes smart decisions based on data, not assumptions, and that our assumptions are properly tested. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, make recommendations, and ensure appropriate adjustments are made to improve our marketing. As a marketing analytics specialist you are required to develop strategy around analytics in collaboration with our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, research, analyze Google analytics and other similar tools.
• Refine all the Google analytics settings to maximize data collection.
• Should be able to develop reports and dashboards
• Develop strategy to increase performance: traffic, bounce rates, browsing time
• Provide intelligence to the marketing team
• Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing.
• Google analytics certificate
• 1 year working experience with Google analytics
• Minimum of 5 volunteer hours per week
• PMs Minimum volunteer hours 10 hours per week for at least 6 months
• Must be responsive to all messages within 24 hours
• Excellent time management & communication skills in English
• Highly collaborative style; experience working in a virtual environment highly preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite Apps such as Drive, Sheets, etc. and familiarity with Trello & Slack
• Enjoys creating & implementing initiatives
• Detail-oriented, organized, consistently communicates, and deadline-driven
• Motivated self starter and entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or knowledge working in a Non-profit or social issues preferred.
