If you want to help spread mental health awareness to your community- you are in the right place!

NAMI is a unique resource for those who are suffering from the symptoms of a mental health condition or those who are suffering as they watch a loved one experience a mental health condition. Our services are peer-led, meaning that our presenters, teachers, and facilitators have a lived-experience with mental illness. Our staff and volunteers have either been diagnosed with a mental health condition or they have a loved one with a mental health condition. We believe that sharing our experiences can be healing - healing for us and healing for those who are listening.

NAMI provides all of this support - educational classes, support groups, and presentations - to the public for free. We do this with the support of our volunteers!

If you have questions, please contact Angela, the volunteer coordinator at NAMI Delaware and Morrow Counties, via email at Angela@NotAloneOhio.Org
