We welcome any member of our community who would like to become a volunteer with us to host our Coffee and Bites program on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Our chef prepares the bites, we just need someone to help make and serve the coffee and greet our guests!

To enhance the quality of life for older adults in the Snoqualmie Valley by providing a comprehensive network of services including health and wellness checks, fitness classes, information and assistance, social and recreational opportunities, educational programs, volunteerism, housing and transportation.

Description

Mt Senior Center serves seniors in the Snoqualmie Valley by providing vital services including, but not limited to, demand response transportation, advocacy programs, nutrition (hot meals served 5 days a week), community activities, exercise classes and health services. By providing these services to community members age 55 and older, we are reducing social isolation which leads to improved health and longer lives of our seniors.

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • This is on-going.
  • As a volunteer, you will need to fill out a Volunteer Application and have a background check done. You will need to get a food handler's permit (we will provide the info) and attend a 1 hour volunteer orientation and then you are all set!
