Access Equestrian is seeking kind and caring volunteers to assist in our programs who have experience working with horses. Help is needed in our adaptive riding lessons for school aged children and adults with developmental disabilities. Our lesson program operates Tuesday through Sunday, throughout the day.
We are currently looking for volunteer horse leader assistance, two-hours once per week minimum, during these times for our fall program schedule.
Weekday Mornings:
Thursday - 11AM (approx. start time)
Volunteer duties vary according to each particular program, but include everything from barn care and horse handling, as well as mentoring adults and children with special needs. The efforts of our incredible volunteers make our programs possible. All volunteers will receive orientation training before joining our program.
