Customer Service Expert & Board Member for new Non-Profit Organization
My name is Amber Norris and I am the Founder and CEO of a new non-profit organization called Major Savages Corporation. My non-profit aims to use unmatchable customer service experiences to empower patient and families battling invisible illnesses. The goal is to partner with small businesses and educate their staff on exceptional customer service techniques such as those used by Disney, Chik-Fil-A or Starbucks, etc. and then do a giveaway that allows them to deliver these service techniques to our patients and families. The purpose of the giveaways are to provide memorable experiences, create long lasting relationships and to give patients a safe space and a platform to connect and share their experiences.
As our customer service expert, we need an individual who is familiar with, displays and implements exceptional services, trainings and techniques that could help our team train staff members that we decide to partner with. The expert should also be ready and willing to acquire new knowledge in customer service development and successful models and theories. The schedule for this opportunity is flexible and TBD. A positive mindset is a must and a passion for advocacy is a plus. I am seeking someone for a one year commitment.
Lastly, the customer service expert would need to be present at monthly board meetings and feel comfortable engaging in decisions, trajectory and details of the organization.

We aim to empower patients, and care partners, giving them a platform to talk about their experiences and join a community where they can ask questions, acquire knowledge and free services and meet others.
