We are looking for an experienced social media content creator to help create, schedule, and manage content for our various social media accounts. The goal is brand awareness and development, creating an organic following and having a consistent presence in our social media pages.
We schedule posts using canva.com
Our mission is to empower artisan women in Kenya make a sustainable, dignified living using their skills in weaving, beading, art and more. Fashion has the power to change the world for the people that create, the process and the effects on the environment.
Topics will include among others; fashion, ethical fashion, sustainable fashion, handmade accessories, handbags, tribes of Kenya, various profiles of the artisan women, women empowerment, equity, female entrepreneurship, Africa, travel, black women founders and more.
Volunteers in this position might get samples of products to review and write about as well as 50% discount code across the sawasawausa.com site.

They use locally sourced, organic, natural materials to create fashion accessories and art. Proceeds empower women and provide girls with menstrual kits to help them stay in school.

The idea was born in 2014. Helping women has been a huge part of Anne's and Catherine's lives. Sawa Sawa was registered as a nonprofit in 2019.
Our programs involve empowering women. Each village has unique needs and providing school age girls with menstrual kits to help them stay in school.
