Volunteer with the Relief Nursery at Toledo Olalla Center Today!
For this opportunity, we would like to have at least 1 volunteer per shift to assist our morning class of relief nursery students ranging from ages two to five. This shift would be from 9:00am to 12:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The responsibilities would include interacting with the children, potentially assisting the relief nursey staff in educational activities, and helping clean up the classroom at the end of the shift. In regards to COVID-19, it is required for all staff members and adults on property to wear facial coverings at all times; however, children ages two to five in our program are not required to do so. If you are interested in this opportunity, please send us an email and we will explain the next steps you need to take in order to volunteer with us.
09:00 AM to 11:45 AM
Morning shifts are only needed for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- NONE OF THESE TIMES WORK FOR ME, BUT I CAN STILL HELP
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.

Our mission is to help strengthen and heal individuals, children, families, and our community.
The Olalla Center for Children and Families' intention with the Relief Nursery is to grow a strong network of support for high-risk families by forming avenues for safe and sustainable reunification of children in the foster care system, with their parents. Based on assessed needs, parents participate in support groups and gain a sense of community through shared experiences and the healing process.
