JOIN OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Morgan County Farmers Market (MCFM) is governed by a volunteer board of up to 12 members. We are a 501(c) organization that benefits from board members who represent our vendors, our shoppers, and an array of business disciplines from the communities we serve.
Leadership & Expertise
Our board members possess professional expertise, such as: marketing, human resources, accounting, business ownership, and community relations. We also appreciate industry leaders in: local food systems, nonprofit management, market vendor experience, and more. We value a wide set of leadership skills and demonstrated dedication to our local food economy and of course a love of farmers markets.
Currently, we are recruiting for our next cohort of board members who will start in March 2022. We are looking for candidates with expertise in the following areas: accounting, local government, human resources, food systems, business leadership, and community engagement. We are also recruiting PFM market vendors.
