Bring Creativity to Kids- Lead an Arts&Crafts Class!

Provide fun and creative after-school art classes for kids during the school year. PRC’s safety protocols , school safety measures, and State of IL school masking mandates will be followed.


Instructors oversee the class and choose projects for each week. PRC provides supplies and project ideas!


Assistants lend a hand, helping with anything needed during class.

      • Willowbrook, K-5th Grade (Tuesdays, 4-5)

Art classes follow the school schedule, running Oct 4- Dec 13 and Jan 10- April 25.

Description

Since 1975, People’s Resource Center has been bringing neighbors together to respond to hunger and poverty in DuPage County. With a team of over 1,500 volunteers, we offer nutritious food and other basic necessities like clothes and rent assistance for people facing tough times. And we connect people with resources--education and tutoring, jobs, technology, art, a caring community--to create a future of hope and opportunity for all.

Volunteer at PRC: Help in the food pantry or clothes closet, become a tutor, teach a class, organize a food drive, make a difference to a neighbor in need.
