Gain valuable skills in construction and help your community at the same time! Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna is a nonprofit in Northeastern Maryland that builds affordable homes for low income families in Cecil and Harford Counties.
Habitat is currently looking for volunteers and groups to help build a forever home at 526 Richmond St in Perryville. No experience is required. Habitat provides all the tools you need for the job. The site is open Fridays and Saturdays from 8am to 3pm. Individual volunteers and groups of 10 or less people are welcomed.
As per CDC guidance, vaccinated volunteers do not need to wear masks on site as long as you can keep your social distance. Those who aren't vaccinated are required to wear a mask on our sites. (This based on an honor system.)
