Overview: Venice Community Housing will be hosting our annual fundraiser, the Jazz Champagne Brunch, on Sunday, September 26. The event will include a digital program, silent auction, and brunch. We need volunteers to help set up, manage, and break down the event on Saturday 8/25 and Sunday 8/26. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our work and have fun at the same time!

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilites:

Food prep

Ensuring brunch buffet is replenished as needed

Scrape/wipe rented dishes and rinse rented glasses and place in crates(no washing or drying required)

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Show proof of Covid-19 vaccination or a negative test result

Reliable, responsible, and polite

Ability to lift up to 10 lbs

Additional Information: Dress Code: T-shirt will be provided (or you may wear your own white shirt) and black bottoms (pants, skirt, or shorts, jeans ok). Closed-toe shoes recommended.

Training for this position will be provided day of event. Lunch will also be provided.
