Job Description : Edit a podcast which drops the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. It highlights stories of volunteers to educate and inspire listeners.
Time Involved : Flexible, but probably 3-4 hours/week.
Activities:
- Edit podcasts for Doing Good. This involves editing of audio footage of one-hour conversational interviews to 20-35 minute episodes including pre-recorded intros and outros.
- Access and use own DAW to edit interviews recorded via Riverside or Zoom.
- Use Google Drive as the Doing Good Shared Drive.
Responsibilities:
- Already have access to a computer with personally preferred DAW.
- Willing to partner with the Podcast Producer who coordinates the interviews and Podcast Host.
- Able to work well with others as well as think and act independently.
- A working knowledge of or professional experience in editing is preferred.
- Work well with flexible hours.
- Meet deadlines.
- Attend monthly Creative Team meeting held the first Wednesday of each month.
