River Days: Trash Cleanup at Bristol Marsh

Join Heritage Conservancy and partners TNC and DCNR to help keep this important freshwater tidal marsh clean. Volunteers can choose to join crews removing trash from the marsh banks and trails or join DCNR guides with kayaks for a cleanup of the river and marsh. The more trash we collect; the less trash will get washed into our waterways!
Volunteers must pre-register online under the events page at our website (heritageconservancy.org) and complete an attendance waiver. Please contact Melissa Lee at mlee@heritageconservancy.org or 215-345-7020 ext. 120 with any questions.

Based in Doylestown, PA, and serving Bucks and Montgomery counties, Heritage Conservancy’s mission is to protect and care for the lands of our region; to engage with and share the history that unfolded on these lands; and to connect people with both.
To date, Heritage Conservancy has facilitated the preservation of over 16,000 acres of open space, farmland, wildlife habitat, and important watershed areas in Bucks and Montgomery counties. This preserved land helps to protect water quality and the quality of life for your community. The Conservancy has also had 40 successful nominations to the National Register of Historic Places for historic districts and properties.
