Help us to celebrate 33 years of a cycling ride for Emmaus. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and we need your help. There are two different volunteer opportunities:

The first is Saturday, September 18th. Pairs of volunteers are needed to help mark the route during the afternoon. Volunteers will be given full instructions and supplies. One volunteer is needed to drive and one is needed to get out of the stopped vehicle at designated points to mark the route (i.e. sticking a sign in the ground or attaching to a telephone pole).

Location to be determined. Cyclists ride a 10-mile Family Ride, 25-mile or 62-mile scenic route that will takw them through Haverhill, MA up to the seacoast of New Hampshire and south through the North Shore. Start and Finish are at Northern Essex Commun ity College in Haverhill, MA.

Ideally, volunteers will also take down the signs on the afternoon of Sunday, September 19th at the conclusion of the ride.

The second volunteer opportunity is Sunday, September 19th. Volunteers are needed at various locations on the route to assist cyclists with safely crossing busy streets and navigating blind spots on the course.
