Musical volunteers bring live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in both healthcare facilities and private homes. We are looking for VOLUNTEER MUSICIANS to help us deliver the healing power of music. As a volunteer with Brookdale Hospice, you can brighten the days of patients - a truly rewarding experience!

Description
The philosophy at Brookdale Hospice is that life is much more than physical health; it also includes the health of the human spirit. When physical health begins to fail, the nurturing of the spirit becomes critical for maintaining the dignity of the individual.
Volunteers are an important part of our hospice team, filling roles that include direct contact with patients and clerical support. Medicare requires the utilization of volunteers alongside paid clinical and administrative staff. Hospice volunteers describe their work as gratifying, intellectually stimulating, and emotionally meaningful. We value our volunteers greatly.
