We are currently piloting our primary service: free, one-on-one, face-to-face conversations addressing loneliness and related mental health struggles with trained volunteer counselors (held via Zoom). We need the help of people like you to improve our service and tell us if you found it beneficial! Below are details on exactly what we will ask you to do. If you are willing to participate, please sign up for a conversation here and enter "PILOT CONVERSATION" under the question "Is there anything in particular that you would like to discuss?"
Pilot Conversation + Surveys:
- Before we have the conversation, complete a survey as a baseline assessment (sent to you once signed up). Your answers are completely confidential and only shared with our pilot research team anonymously:
- Have a 30-minute conversation about anything on your mind (could be made-up or real) with one of our trained Listeners. See link above. You can absolutely use this time to seek support on something bothering you.
- Have a 10-minute interview about your experience (same or different day). We want to hear about how you felt and thoughts on what you think we could have done better.
Please schedule a conversation at this link if interested in participating - https://calendly.com/contactline-conversation
