We are a growing organization and is seeking to build the board with individuals that can support our mission. The ideal candidate is an intrapreneur (Corporate Executive) or an entrepreneur with strong leadership abilities and professional managerial experience. If you are interested in talking about fundraising, technology, innovative approaches to help women succeed in business - WE NEED you!

Mission Statement

Provide programs and services for disadvantaged women and girls that promote social change, improve family economic self-sufficiency and provide opportunities in training, employment and business. The organization also serves as a resource to advocate, educate and address the social disparities that impact women.


Since the opening of the training center in 1999, over 1,000 women annually have benefited from the programs and services. WEOP responds to the needs of participants with a host of services and programs that focus on skill building, career counseling, and specialized educational workshops
