Senior Center Attendant
ORGANIZATION: Kennedale Public Library
Please visit the new page to apply.
We need volunteers to assist at our Senior Center to make sure COVID and CDC guidelines are followed. For example:
-- Disinfecting dominos/games after usage.
-- Offering masks to attendees
-- Disinfecting tables and chairs
-- Gently reminding Seniors to maintain social distancing while still allowing socializing.
This opportunity is vital for the operation of the Senior Center in order for this vulnerable population to socialize and be able to maintain vitality. You would be on the front lines of helping Seniors cope with an ongoing crisis and be an empathetic listening ear while keeping them as safe as possible.
