The intern will receive training on a variety of HR programs, processes, policies. Intern will rotate through different functional areas of HR and primarily perform administrative duties to support department operations. Support HR team members with implementing various HR initiatives and projects at the corporate level. Assist HR team members with scanning, logging, meeting preparation, and filing duties. Assist with weekly New Hire Orientation. Partner with Recruitment team members to learn the recruitment process from start to finish. Help staff with tasks such as scheduling interviews, processing background checks, filing, and the like.
