Our Community First Food Pantry is located at 384 Grand Street New York, NY 10002. We operate every Monday and Thursday except on holidays from 7:30 am to 6 pm. Our pantry service will mainly be held outdoors so, please dress appropriately.

Our Pantry provides food and PPEs to vulnerable members in Chinatown and throughout nyc. We serve over five hundred clients per day and over 1,000 per week. Please join us in serving our community by making food accessible to all.

Mission Statement

For the past seven years, UA3 has been making great strides in supporting disadvantaged students, adults and nonprofits through digital technology, mental health advocacy services, and providing funding to community organizations. Now, UA3 has joined the COVID -19 fight with our elected officials and community partners. We need your donation to sustain this ongoing effort. ​

Description

UA3 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, charitable institution with the team, the skills and the experience to maximize our efforts and limit our overhead expenses. We use over 90% of our monetary resources to directly assist NYC and our residents. Waste not, want not. In 2020 UA3 established The Community First Food Pantry, the first pantry to serve Chinatown Manhattan.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 16
  • Pantry days are every Monday and Thursday from 8 o'clock to 5 o'clock. We ask volunteers to be able to comit at least 4 hours a day. However, we can work with you if scheduling is an issue.
  • We are looking for volunteers Bilingual in mandarin Cantonese and English. If you’re not bilingual, you can still lend a helping hand
