Duties and Responsibilities: Inputs and maintains all AP/AR data in Quick books / Yardi system.
Cuts all checks and processes accounts payable.
Records monthly expendables
Record, balance and deposit all receipts.
Produce and mail monthly invoices for all tenants in accordance with lease agreements.
Collects and records rent payments.
Calculates and bills management fees.
Escalate past due accounts to Property Manager and CFO.
Enter all cash deposits.
Reconcile bank accounts
Complete special projects as assigned.
Competencies: High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly Punctual.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Requirements: 1 year of experience in same or related position
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Quick books
High School Diploma or GED

The specific purpose for TSE is to empower and encourage low income people to build stronger and healthier relationships to better the lives of their families.

Description

TSE goal is to provide effective educational and supportive services/resources to capitalize on the strengths of the families and build personal self-appreciation, relationships, and motivate them find value in their communities and neighbors. Our services will include but are not limited to Intake, Screening and Parenting/Educational group. Referrals (for abuse treatment), Housing, Counseling and Mental Health services will be available as well.
