Pet Therapy Volunteers
Animals have many proven benefits for hospice patients. Cuddling with a pet can lower a patient’s blood pressure, reduce physical pain, and increase levels of overall comfort. If you have a certified therapy pet, this would be perfect for you, and would bring much comfort to hospice patients.
(At this time, all volunteers are required to be vaccinated)
