WeVersity.org provides 100% free skill-based education and coaching to people going through crises or who are unable to work from outside of their homes e.g. living in extreme poverty in any part of the world, no jobs around, single moms, veterans, disabled, after foster care, single parent unable to work outside or taking care of sick family member, over or under-qualified, after rehab and want to start a new life etc.
WeVersity.org wants to have more than 200+ skill courses on our website by end of 2021 and we already have almost 75 skill courses. To view our courses, please go to https://weversity.org/courses. Each course page is a community page where students can interact with each other and coaches just as they can do in a real school or college. Students get everything for free including
- Free course content (videos, articles, books)
- Free online test
- Blogs/Reading Material
- Facebook Page
- Live chat with other students and coaches on the site
- Live classes link and upcoming live classes
You will be our head coach of a course page
Your role will be that you will be in charge of the course page and will improve the course by reviewing and adding more content to the page e.g. additional questions, quizzes, books, blogs, reading material, interesting videos, and articles etc. to help people have as much free information as possible so they can learn that skill on their own.
Perform Live Classes or Live Chat or Discussion Board or Just Interact with Students through Email:
Teach Online through Live Classes:
There are multiple ways for you to help students. The most effective way is to do live classes each week on a set date so your students can interact with you. You can create a course topic for each week and just give a live class on that topic either through sharing just screen or directly with you as well as screen. If you are camera shy for any reason, you can just share the screen and speak as you may have seen in other online courses. You can perform the live classes through Facebook Live either by using the course Facebook Live link or through using your own Facebook Live link. Just pick a topic you will teach and announce your schedule below so students are aware of when you will be teaching this class. We would recommend teaching the same class on same date and time each week to create interest & discipline.
The most effective way is to do live classes each week on a set date so students can interact with you. You can create a course topic for each week and just give a live class on that topic. After the class, we upload that video to the course page so students can keep getting advantage of it in the future.
Make Course Videos & Upload to Course Page:
You can record or give us your already made videos that can help someone with that course and we can upload that to our course page.
Perform Online Chat & Just Guide Students:
Chatting with deserving students is the easiest way to interact and guide them. You can just be available on the course page and help students with our live chat feature.
Help Students with Q&A and Through Email:
Have students post their questions to our course community discussion board and just answer them as you find the time.
Improve Course Content of the Courses:
Just review the course content and improve it by adding new links, videos, blogs, reading material, etc. Write new articles, blogs and add them to the course page.
Improve Testing Material:
We need to improve the testing material on the course pages (questions, answers, etc.) of our existing courses.
Add New Skills and Courses on Our Site:
Our goal is to have at least 1000+ skills that people can use to make money. Please give us ideas and add new courses and skills to our site. You become the head coach of that skill and manage it also along with us and other volunteers.

It is important to address the symptoms and it is very encouraging that thousands of charities are trying to focus on those symptoms such as poverty, education, health etc. but WeVersity.org wants to focus on the root cause of all the problems.
Description
Our focus:
- Individuals with prior traditional education who are unable to find jobs for any reason
e.g. overqualified, seniors, no means to find a job, constantly turned down etc.
- People, especially women, who are unable to work outside e.g. moms with kids, taking
care of a sick family member, cannot work outside the home because of cultural
reasons, unable to find jobs because of lack of diversity or acceptance etc.
- Individuals with disabilities who are unable to work from outside their homes.
- People want to start a new life after any addiction recovery, people from shelters,
rehabs etc.
- People living in remote areas or in almost all third world countries where it is extremely
difficult to get traditional jobs because of the scarcity of jobs. More than half the
the population of the world lives in areas where people are unable to find work, either
because there are no jobs or getting a job is extremely difficult as a result of too
many applicants and too few jobs.
At WeVersity.org, we understand the need for a coach who can properly guide individuals by
understanding their backgrounds, strengths and weaknesses and to provide encouragement
during training and without expecting anything in return. Our site goal is to keep everything
free of charge including education, coaching and providing employment help as well.
