Red Cross Logo

Every day, men and women answer our nation’s call to serve in the armed forces.
The American Red Cross stands by these heroes and their families from the day they
enlist throughout their military careers and beyond.

The American Red Cross Hero Care Network provides emergency communications and
critical services to military members, veterans and their families all over the world
7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

As a military caseworker volunteer, you help provide confidential assistance and connect
individuals with local, state and national resources. By providing follow-up and information
referrals, you help members of the military, veterans and their families prepare for, cope with,
and respond to the challenges of military service.
