This role is responsible for leading the efforts of our staff and volunteers to ensure SCORE’s relevance and viability in serving the small business community in the Twin Cities with mentoring and learning development resources.
This role is designed to balance the effort of managing a chapter infrastructure between two leaders in cooperation with the chapter’s management team responsible for each functional area of the business.
The co-chairs work together to ensure the chapter is aligned with SCORE’s mission, vision and values, directs the annual goal-setting process with the District Director and chapter management team to make these goals a reality.
