PLEASE JOIN US IN MAKING OUR 15TH YEAR A BIG SUCCESS!
The tremendous success of Run the Rocks 5K and 10K event is made possible because of you. We appreciate the support you give runners as they run for their health, reach a personal goal, and support lung health and clean air in Colorado.
Volunteers will help runners receive their packets in the few days before our big event!

Description
The American Lung Association in Colorado offers practical help to people living with asthma, emphysema and other lung diseases. We also confront lung disease at the root level, educate kids about the dangers of smoking, advocate for more smoke-free workplaces and work diligently to reduce air pollution.
