Salutations Volunteers!
Comfort Choice Hospice Care is in search for an Administrative Volunteer who can assist with an event for the Los Angeles location. Volunteer will be responsible for in office administration also can assist with task remotely in the comfort of your home. Event Volunteer tasks include assisting with reaching out to patient families (calling) to inform of event and successfully confirming reservation. A list will be provided with names and phone numbers along with an excel sheet for notation and a scrip to falling during calls.
This position will be ideal for students or someone who has experience in the following: administrative assistance, healthcare administration, office manager, management, healthcare management, nursing, patient secretary, medical assistant, medical administrative assistant, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must have a cleared background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have some experience or in school in related field
- Must have reliable transportation
Incentives:
- Possibility to Hire Full-time or Part-time
- Letter of recommendation
- Certificate of excellence based on performance
- Certificate of Hospice Volunteer Training
- Awards based on performance
- Use as reference
