Help run a Quidditch Skills Clinic at the Harry Potter Virtual Scavenger Hunt. Volunteers will need to assist participants with equipment, show them basic skills and how to use the equipment, and run through a couple of plays with them. Each clinic is 30 minutes long and there are a total of 4 clinics. After the clinic, volunteers will also need to help sanitize the equipment and get ready for the next group.

Description

Junior Achievement (JA), with the support of community volunteers and dedicated educational leaders, helps to inspire and empower students to believe in themselves, showing them they can make a difference in the world. JA extends education so that kids have a deeper conceptual understanding of what is necessary to contribute to the success of their future, opening their minds to their potential and preparing them for the world of work.

JA programs correlate to state standards in social studies, English, and mathematics, and to Common Core State Standards. All of our programs are session-specific, student-friendly materials are included to increase student interaction.

It's not an easy task but we continue to impact the lives of young people in over 55 communities statewide, reaching out to over 15,125 students across Alaska.
