LIR is a two-day Afro-Beats & Caribbean music festival, where we are expecting around 10,000+ attendees. We are looking for volunteers to help maintain a cool and clean experience during our Lost in Riddim (LIR) Music Festival from Friday, October 1st to Monday, October 4th, 2021 in Sacramento, CA.
Volunteer support will also be needed to assist LIR Fest Team Leads and Support Staff throughout the festival weekend. From assisting teams backstage, in the artist and VIP lounge, to assisting with line management throughout the festival grounds and assisting guests throughout the site, we need help with it all!

ITP was created to help IE (artists, musicians, other entertainers) build a sustainable business. ITP became a formal nonprofit organization in 2015 grounded in the belief that everyone willing to work hard to accomplish their goals should have the support necessary to achieve their dreams of being an independent entertainer.
In addition to the free services and support provided to all, ITP has a member portal that provides access to additional resources. Being involved with ITP assures that those within the industry understand, independent doesn’t mean alone. - Driver's License Needed
- Must be at least 18
- Orientation or Training
- Volunteers must complete at least two 5 hour shifts to be granted the General Admission Ticket for their support. Water, snacks, and a meal will be provided.
- COVID-19 Mandated Requirements must be followed. All staff, volunteers, and guests will be expected to wear a mask. As well as provide proof of a Negative COVID-19 test or completed Vaccination Card.
