Repurpose is a grant making nonprofit that donates 100% of net proceeds from resale luxury items to organizations that support the health and wellbeing of women and families. In addition to supporting select organizations, our operations empower women from under resourced backgrounds through mentorship and workforce opportunities. We are looking for a photographer to be responsible for shooting product (apparel and accessories) on a ghost mannequin and ensuring that proper fit is captured in the most appealing manner, as well as supporting the creative content team with editorial shoots. These images will be customer facing used on our e-commerce shop as well as in emails and throughout our social channels. In addition to your resume, please let us know the type of photography equipment that you own. Also, if you have experience working with products in the past, that is a major plus! Hours are flexible based on incoming donations. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Product shots of items on ghost mannequin and/or flat lay
  • Detailed shots to show item details such as embellishments, finishings, item condition
  • Be responsible for file naming and organization of digital files
  • Selecting the appropriate film stock.
  • Determining camera aperture settings.
  • Controlling natural or artificial lighting conditions.
  • Editing photos for website
  • Determining elements such as filters, shutter angles, focus, depth of field and camera distance.
  • Editing visual elements in post production.
  • Managing photo gallery

  • We are looking for someone that can commit to one day a week or once every other week. We are flexible on scheduling but are currently only operating Monday-Friday.
