Description
Tapestry Hospice is a local for-profit organization developed and owned by physicians, nurses and specialty community leaders. We live here, we work here and we have our own family as patients. We care about our community and we care deeply about our patients and their families. We began our company with the idea that we know our community better than the big corporate hospice companies. We have long been concerned about the predominance of large impersonal providers in our community. So, we determined to make a difference at our local level with our own friends and neighbors.
We believe quality specialized services are best provided by employees that are trained to be patient and family centered. "Making life easier, when it matters most" are more than just words on paper for us. We do it every day. Foundation of care begins with focus on the home, where familiar surroundings and loving support enhance the quality of life, when time is precious.
