Description

Community Support Advocates partners with individuals & families living with mental health diagnosis, brain injury & disabilities for growth & resiliency within their communities. We support central Iowans with disabilities by connecting them with services that support day-to-day living, community integration & creative expression. We value individuality, innovation, collaboration, & integrity & incorporate this approach in all programs. Last year Community Support Advocates partnered with over 1,200 central Iowans to navigate the complicated process of acquiring necessary services by providing unique support to each individual in gaining access to appropriate housing, medical services, employment, & educational services while focusing on individual choice & community integration. For many members, Community Support Advocates provides the only positive influence or encouragement in their life.
