The Broken Arrow Community Playhouse must be cleaned prior to the start of each run of a show - this is ordinary cleaning and would be part of this opportunity.
Due to COVID, between each show of the run of the show, the Playhouse auditorium seats must be sprayed with disinfectant, all bathroom surfaces must be cleaned and all door handles and other flat surfaces in the building must be wiped down with disinfectant.

To provide a quality theatrical experience for the community, to encourage and develop new and existing talent in all phases of theatrical management and production, to serve and represent the Broken Arrow community responsibly and with pride through all of its theatrical activities
Description
Prior to 1980, Broken Arrow residents had to travel to Tulsa to see a live theatrical production. In 1979, a group of Broken Arrow residents came together to bring the experience of live theater to their neighbors. The Playhouse founders were determined to do more than put on a play, they wanted to build an organization which would provide a vital, fun way to be involved in, and enhance, the cultural life of the community. Through an outpouring of community support, the Broken Arrow Community Playhouse (BACP) was founded in 1980. Members of the Board of Directors are active supporters of such outreach programs. BACP has become particularly well known in the local community as a hospitable venue for senior citizens, who make up nearly ten per cent of the City of Broken Arrow’s population base. Through special efforts, including easy wheelchair access and two Sunday matinees with senior discounts, BACP has developed a strong and loyal following among our older residents. The board continues its outreach to the youth of the area by providing one regular season offering involving young actors which gives youth the opportunity to not only perform onstage, but take part in all aspects of the creative process backstage as well. In the same vein, Board members chair as well as serve on committees integral to maintaining the inclusive nature of our theatre, such as Play Selection and Director Selection. Board members are involved in all development and planning of policy and programming, from inception to conclusion.
