Our goal as a child care facility and pre-school is to prepare each child for success in the area’s finest public and private schools. Our program provides a balance between preparing for the future (intellectual development) and living fully in the present (social-emotional development). The balance that is created is different for every child on the basis of the child’s academic needs, temperament, environment and family’s needs. Our students learn through multi-sensory, child-centered, organized experiences, discovery and rich adult-child interactions.
We believe by placing high school & college students in our classroom alongside our teaching staff we will provide a winning opportunity for both you and our students. In addition to earning community service hours, you will get to have real-world experience working in a school, directly with young children. You can learn and develop new skills, create future career opportunities, gain confidence and help children flourish.

Description
To serve the growing number of Jewish families in West Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach, Temple Beth El built its Beck Family Campus at the corner of Yamato Road and US 441. This Silver LEED certified, six acre indoor/outdoor facility bustles with activity from our prestigious Beth El Early Learning Center, including full-time child care & early childhood programs from the 2’s through Pre-K. Our children thrive in an atmosphere of friendship, curiosity, self-esteem, Jewish values, joy and respect.

- We are looking for someone who could volunteer around 6 hours per week.
- Volunteer must interview with the Director of the ELC, fill out an application, provide 3 character reference letters, fill out DCF Volunteer Affidavit, complete level II background screening, health exam and drug screen.
