As a Volunteer with E7 Kids Cafe you will find the opportunity to assist disadvantaged youth. You have the option of tutoring, mentoring, preparing and serving meals, planning activities, teaching children how to play a new game or sport, facilitating an art or science project, and joining us for field trips in the community. This program allows you to make a difference in the life of a child and teach them the possibilities that are available to them with academic success. You can make a lasting impression on a young mind and in return gain a rewarding experience for yourself.

To combat the negative effects of poverty by providing direct social services and opportunities for substantial and lasting improvement in client quality of life.
Description
We are an afterschool and summer community center located at the corner of N. Upper and Fourth Street. In 1999, we started solely as a Kid's Cafe venue where we fed children 18 and under with food donated by God's Pantry. Our center has evolved into a place where kids from the neighborhood can come get help with homework, develop meaningful and positive relationships, have a free meal, take field trips and be in a fun and safe place.
