Help for Healthcare Professionals, HHCP, Inc. is a nurse-owned, nonprofit organization, based in Georgia. In 2020, we were founded to provide support and services to the members of our community who have devoted their lives to keep us safe and healthy. HHCP is committed to healthcare workers, first responders, and their immediate families.

To date, we have delivered meals, provided scholarships, food assistance, PPE, and cleaning supplies--- impacting more than 21,000 lives across Georgia!

HHCP’S 2023 FOCUS:

The Crossroads Education and Skills Training Program
* Funding training and certification for new nursing assistants (CNA) and first responders (EMT).
* Providing scholarships for high school graduates aspiring to join the healthcare/ first responder workforce.

The ideal candidate will use a strategic mindset to drive the future success of HHCP, Inc. by aligning teams under one vision. With responsibility for all program areas, this candidate will execute all areas of need for the organization including management in the following areas: fiscal, operational, program development, community relations, and board relations.

Responsibilities

  • Increase awareness of HHCP's mission, programs, partners and impact in the community
  • Annually create a strategic organizational plan and overall budget
  • Recruit and maintain a climate that attracts and retains a talented and diverse staff
  • Create and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations to facilitate success of organization's financial future
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings
  • Actively and visibly represent the organization amongst public and government entities, foundations, corporations, community partners, individual donors and other key organizations
  • Identify, cultivate and solicit major and planned gifts; seek to expand local revenue generating and broaden fundraising activities in sophistication and scope as the organization’s work evolves.
  • Ensure transparent marketing and communications to all stakeholders that further the mission and clearly demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills; direct experience evolving operations from early stage to the next phase of growth with more structured systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of non-profit best practices preferred
  • Previous management or board of director experience
  • Successful fundraising and business development experience
  • Experience in large-scale program development
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; a confident public speaker and presenter; the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Thoughtful and strategic approach to building organizations and programs to address community needs.
