About The Role
We are seeking a specialist user experience designer to join our team and be a part of building solutions and capabilities aimed at accelerating platform innovations. The ideal candidate would do the following:
- Leading UI/UX initiatives and user workshops
- Analysing user behaviour using appropriate tools
- Providing recommendations on tools and methodologies to understand user behaviour and inform front-end developers
- Providing recommendations to improve user satisfaction and efficiency
- Communicating with project leaders periodically to provide the outcome of the researchers
