Recruiting IOS developer for social media app platform (coder/coding/CTO)

Hi my name is Kim. I am looking for a CTO/Software developer who can be part of my Social Media app as a core team member or partner.
Job Requirements
1.TEAM= Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training IT managers.
2.TECH= Make sure that you are two steps or three steps ahead of your team when it comes to technical knowledge. Make sure that you understand the technology as it is rapidly evolving and that you are well aware of how that technology base suits and base fits the company.
3.TIMING= You need to know when to embrace which technologies when products need to be upgraded. It's a critical part of the CTOs role in order to bring that knowledge into the c-suite and into the executive room.
4.SKILLS= Programming languages. Front end/Back end technologies. Other technologies/tools.
5.Swift= We are planning on developing the IOS version of the app as our priority then moving on to Andriod.
6. Create a timeline for development and deployment of technology services(including protecting sensitive digital information).
7. Communicate our technology strategy to our partners as well as investors.

Partnership&My project
I would like the CTO of the company to help with developing the app during early stage and be able to see the same vision that i do. As a CTO, your skill is very important but what i care the most is your ambition, commitment and your vision. I believe we're talking about an app that has the potential to be in the Top 5 social media apps in the next 5 years. I'm asking if you are ready to be committed for something that is GAME CHANGING that has potential to gain 900 million dollars in revenue with over 150 million daily users during the third or forth year after the app is out.
