Volunteers for this opportunity must be at least 18 years old and must be available for ONE weekly shift. Shifts are available Monday - Sunday and are scheduled for 10 am - 2 pm. You will be working in the Wildlife Hospital under the supervision of the Hospital Director and their staff. Most tasks performed by hospital volunteers fall under animal care/ husbandry. Tasks include cage cleaning, food prep, diet and water changing, laundry, and dishwashing. Most of the work is outdoors. You must be able to work in all kinds of weather. Rain or shine our animals need to be cared for!
