Business Development Encore Fellow

Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience in their field, who wish to move their skills to the social impact sector for their second act, usually part-time. Fellowships include a $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours of work, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.
Fellowship: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER -- Virtual, must be in San Francisco Bay Area
For a SF Bay Area nonprofit focused on advancing the field of urbantech by developing a network to solve the significant challenges and pressures cities face, helping the public sector, startups and corporations build and prove new solutions for the essential foundation of our cities--transportation and mobility, energy and building.
Project Scope:
Connected in the SF Bay Area and California
An experienced Business Development professional who is interested in translating their corporate business development experience and relationships to raising corporate partnerships and sponsor deals
A Strong networker, sales pitch aficionado, mission-oriented business developer who wants to see big companies and small succeed through their support of our work
Stipend: $25K for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible
Work Location: 100% Virtual, SF Bay Area candidates only
