We are a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit looking to add a couple of new volunteer Board members to help take our organization to the next level.

Founded in 2015, we have been promoting the importance of Children's mental health & wellness even before it became a hot topic. As a result of COVID, children's mental health is more important than ever and we are ready to meet the demand and make Orange County the model of children's mental health and wellness.



What we are looking for:

Funding Chair - Establish strong connections of supporters and donors throughout the community

Missiondriven Influencer and Community Connector

Dedicated, Innovative, and Strategic Thinkers

Financial and Fundraising Stewards

Promotion of the organization

Fundraising and outreach

Ensure adequate resources

Determine, monitor, and strengthen the organization's programs and services



Who you are:

Passionate about improving children's mental health & wellness

Interested in a local, community based organization with plans to expand Nationally

Has a background or experience at some level with the needs of the organization



Job Qualifications / Requirements

Make a two year commitment of Board service.

Free of any commitments/conflicts regarding the availability to attend the Foundation's board meetings at regularly scheduled times and special events as able.

Participate on a standing committee of the board, and serve on ad-hoc committees as necessary.

Help communicate and promote the Foundation's mission and programs to the community.

Broad network of peers, contacts, resources and references.

Ability to support the Foundation's Give-Get policy of $625 for the first year and $1,250 for the second year..
