Juvenile Conference Committee-See below for specific information
The Superior Court of NJ, Middlesex County, is currently seeking volunteers to serve as members of the Juvenile Conference Committee (JCC). The JCCs meet monthly throughout Middlesex County, working to help guide juvenile offenders by making recommendations to the Judge as to how juvenile delinquency complaints should be handled within the community. The goals of the JCC are to involve community members in the court process and to prevent young offenders from future delinquency.

Description
The Superior Court of New Jersey Middlesex Vicinage is presently seeking volunteers
to become a part of our various volunteer programs: Juvenile Conference Committee, Child Placement Review Program and Volunteer in Probation. Volunteers are required to committee to the volunteer programs at least for one year. A criminal background check and finger prints are required before you are accepted into the volunteer program. Mandatory training is required as well as swearing in to the confidentiality of the courts.
