New Life Center is seeking an individual who is a passionate volunteer and is interested in joining the New Life Center team working with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. The Evening/ Night Residential Volunteer Advocate Assistant is a integral part of the Residential Department's Emergency Shelter Program at New Life Center. All qualified applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, ability status, age, or veteran status are encouraged to apply.

The Early Morning Volunteer Residential Advocate Assistant is responsible for assisting the advocates with trauma-informed support services to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking residing within New Life Center's Emergency Shelter program. This position works closely with the Case Managers an Advocates to improve the quality of life and resiliency in survivors who receive services from New Life Center. Residential Volunteer Advocate Assistant position upholds New Life Center's mission, vision, and core values of compassion, resilience, equity, and community.

Residential Volunteer Advocate Assistant help can be a very wide variety of experiences. It can be anything from answering crisis phone calls, assisting individuals with their needs, or simply assisting with donations needed for the residents. Most needed days are Thursday, Friday Saturday!
