The West Suburban Community Pantry is in need of volunteers to pick up food donations from our partner organizations. We rescue over 50% of our total food for our clients by picking it up with our van or box truck. Drivers only need a regular drivers license, no specialty license needed. Drivers pick up between 9am-noon Monday through Saturday. Volunteers can drive regularly or fill the sub list. Volunteer must be over 25 years old, have a current drivers license, and be able to lift 40 lbs. Ability to use a pallet jack a plus, but we can teach you!
