The Zanesville Museum of Art

Visitor Service Volunteers are an essential element of the museum’s frontline by helping each guest have an enriching and memorable experience in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Be the face that warmly welcomes guests, distributes information, supports our staff, and answers questions about the day’s events.

No experience is necessary, and training will be provided.

Visitor service volunteers will:
  • Monitor the front desk
  • Greet museum guests
  • Give guests information about the museum
  • Answer phone calls
  • Record museum attendance
  • Check out customers in the Museum Store
  • Assist the Office Manager with various projects
