Event Volunteers are an integral part of making our events run smoothly, which helps create an enjoyable experience for all event attendees. This position is on an as-needed basis. Office Manager Sotiria Bailey will communicate with you the dates and times of major events.
Event volunteers will:
- Assist with setting up, taking down, and storing tables and chairs
- Assist with post-event clean-up (prepping linens for cleaning, taking out trash, washing and storing dishes, sweeping, and mopping)
- Be on-hand during events for immediate clean-up
- Be stationed in the lobby to greet event guests and sign them in when necessary

The ZMA strongly supports the art of contemporary Ohioans through its temporary exhibitions.
