Yours will be the face of our important mission. You are the first point-of-contact to our blood donors at mobile blood drives! The Thank You Crew provides WOW customer service and consistently delivers our service promise while working with our donor collections staff at mobile drives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the donor sign-in sheet
  2. Maintain the donor schedule
  3. Answering basic questions about the donation process
  4. Passing out refreshments to donors
  5. Observing donors for post-donation reactions
  6. Distribute promotions including t-shirts, drawing etc.
  7. Provide donor education materials
  8. Thanking donors for their life-saving donations

Coffee Memorial Blood Center’s Volunteer Services mission statement is to recruit, empower, and mobilize volunteers by building community understanding of our purpose and services to further the mission of being the donor-to-patient lifeline. Our three main objectives are to provide support services to staff and donors; to promote education of blood services; and to provide opportunities for training, personal growth, advancement, and community involvement

Coffee Memorial is the exclusive provider of blood products and services to the entire High Plains Region made up of 31 counties and 29 medical facilities in the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles.
