Are you passionate about fighting Alzheimer’s Disease? Do you want to get more involved with the Alzheimer’s Association? Are you looking for an impactful volunteer opportunity? Then we need you!
The Longest Day is the day with the most light - the summer solstice. On and leading up to this day, thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer's through an activity of their choice. Together, they use their creativity and passion to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Join The Longest Day Committee to help recruit participants, provide coaching on fundraising and event planning, and spread the word about this exciting event. We’ll help you find a role that fits your interests, skills and schedule.

We work on a national and local level to provide care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias.
As the largest nonprofit funder of Alzheimer's research, the Association is committed to advancing vital research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
The Association is the leading voice for Alzheimer's disease advocacy, fighting for critical Alzheimer’s research and care initiatives at the state and federal level.
