It can be really boring & scary being a cat or a dog in a shelter. But with just a few minutes of play you can turn their day around. Once they are happier & more relaxed it`s much easier to get them adopted.
Responsibilities: Brush, Cuddle, Train, Play, Make & Distribute enrichment, Reinforce good behavior, Help keep the area clean.
Training: Training will be mostly hands on instruction.

Mission Statement
The Humane Society of Lincoln County is a non-profit 501c3 organization. Our mission is to operate the animal shelter, reduce the overpopulation of cats and dog through partnership with local vets and spay/neuter clinics, educate the population on responsible animal ownership, seek justice for animal cruelty offenders, and ensure the proper and humane treatment of all animals. Our organization is also responsible for animal control for the City of Fayetteville and Lincoln County, TN. At this time there are no government entities that exists for this need.
Description
We are a small shelter serving a rural community and rely on dontations from the community to keep our doors open. We have a small staff that works hard at providing the care needed for the over 900 animals that come through our doors yearly.
